I purchased a StripHair product from a store. Who do I contact with a question or return request -- the store or Betty's Best?
Only purchases from our website StripHair.com will be eligible for an order refund from Betty’s Best. StripHair products purchased from a store would need to be returned to the store of purchase--store policy applies. However, if there is a defect in the material or you have questions about the results of using the StripHair Groomer or other StripHair.com products, contact us, not the store. We will be happy to assist you.

We ship within 12-24 hours, and you can expect your order in 2-5 business days within the US. Pre-order ship dates are stated on respective product pages.

Products can be returned to Betty’s Best for a refund within 60 days of the order date. Seasonal Note: StripHair will only remove hair that is naturally released from the skin and ready to shed in the spring and summer months as shown in our videos.
