Is StripHair guaranteed?

Yes! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase for a full refund (not including shipping) within 60 days. Only purchases from our websites bettysbestcare.com or striphair.com will be eligible for an order refund from Betty’s Best. StripHair products purchased from a store would need to be returned to the store of purchase- store policy applies.

Betty’s Best uses two shipping carriers for US domestic: UPS and USPS.

US: Package Delivery 

We ship within 12-24 hoursand you can expect your order within 2-5 business days within the US, depending on the shipping method you choose. Pre-order ship dates are stated on respective product pages.

Note: Please provide the correct shipping address based on the delivery option chosen. UPS requires a street address and will not deliver to a PO Box. 

PRODUCT RETURNS - Shipping

Products can be returned to Betty’s Best for a refund within 60 days of the order date.
Any product package returned to Betty’s Best requires a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to be eligible for a refund. You may obtain an RA# by calling Customer Service 1(805)500-8298 or StripHair.com CONTACT form with a reason for the return.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most locations around the globe. Save on shipping internationally by sharing an order with friends or a group.

International delivery times: packages typically arrive in 7-14 business days. A tracking number is included in a confirmation email following your purchase.  

Import responsibility: If you are new to international purchasing, know that it is the responsibility of the recipient—the person who placed the order—to pay tax and import fees and be available to accept the package. Shipping charges are not refundable if the package is rejected by the recipient or if the package is unclaimed.

Import taxes & fees: International customs fees will apply.  See your local customs authority website for Value Added Tax or Goods and Services Tax rates and customs fees. StripHair products are sourced and manufactured in the United States of America, which qualifies them for duty-free customs clearance in countries where Free Trade Agreements apply.
